I have been interested in using fabrics and various stitching techniques for many years. There are no strict rules in using these materials, so the random use of free flowing styles and the incorporation of “found objects” can be an interesting journey. I attempt to use recycled fabrics to give them an alternative showing. While working with them I can revisit their previous purpose or can wonder about their past before they came into my possession.
