Elsegood, Sean

I started painting again about 10 years ago, developing a style that embraces both graphic and painterly techniques. Working on canvas in acrylics, ink and pastels, my paintings border on abstract and represent flora and natural themes through the use of intuitive mark-making, patterns, shapes and vibrant colour palettes.

In 2021, I was awarded the prize for Most Outstanding Work in the City of Joondalup Community Art Exhibition.

Now living in Capel, I am currently in the midst of building a studio to focus on my art, as well as provide a space for workshops and other artistic pursuits.
