Ensure you are familiar with the terms and and conditions and complete the entry form here.
PORTRAIT CONSENT FORM
It is a condition of entry for the Portrait Prize section to print out and complete the consent form and submit it attached to your artwork.

Please note that your art will be photographed for the online catalogue when your art is dropped off to the Dardanup Hall on
Tuesday 27th April.

Please note no artwork can be removed prior to this time. Works to be picked up (5pm-6pm) from Dardanup Hall.
Identification (and authorisation where applicable) will be required before works are released.
