All my life I have been involved with the natural world, be that on the ocean as a sailor, or now, as I tend my five aces in the Ferguson valley.

The inspiration for my paintings comes from the land the sea and the nature in which I am Immersed. My work goes from the abstract to what is my own loose representation of the real world, and I enjoy both forms

I search for ways to capture the colours, textures, and moods of nature and to give it meaning.
