Snibson, Lee

Born in Ballarat, Victoria, I moved to Western Australia with my young family in 1983.  

Over the years I experimented with watercolor & acrylics with limited success before I found the freedom of pastels.
Since 1996 I have been using this medium which I love.  I enjoy listening to my favorite classical cd whilst I immerse myself in a painting and forget the rest of the world.

I attended workshops in pastel painting with Arts Narrogin, Trudi Whitcher, D’hange Yammanee, Midland Art Centre, Atwell  Arts Centre, Fremantle Arts Centre and Brian Simmonds courses at UWA extension school.
